Seaboard Energy seeks a Process Technician I to operate and monitor biodiesel production equipment, ensuring safe, efficient plant performance and adherence to environmental regulations.
You will follow run sheets, document operations, and assist with start-up and shutdowns while coordinating with teams to meet production targets.

The Process Technician I is responsible for the safe and proper operation of all plant process equipment. They provide leadership for the plant in all aspects of plant operation. They are to produce budgeted amounts of product in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner in compliance with environmental laws.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to move from place to place to all areas of production. Must be able to climb ladders or platforms. Must be able to wear all safety and production related equipment.
Work environment varies from an office, Plant production and outside climate conditions, based on the situation. Noise level varies upon which area of production employee is working in.
This is a scheduled rotating shift working 7 days on/7 days off then 7 nights on/7 nights off. Shifts are 12 hours (6am to 6pm - day shift and 6pm to 6am night shift). Occasionally, overtime or changes in schedule will be required as special circumstances arise.
