Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor settings.
• Willingness to work in shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate process equipment, adjusting set points and sequences safely.
• Initiate start-up and shutdown procedures for plant operations.
• Carry out routine inspections, troubleshooting, and equipment adjustments.
• Collect process samples and verify operational conditions.
• Perform housekeeping tasks including spills, cleaning, and moving materials.
• Operate forklifts and support material transfers involving tank trucks and railcars.
• Support minor maintenance activities like oil and filter changes.
• Take part in health, safety, and environment programs, reporting any incidents.
• Assist in training new team members and participating in safety-focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing process operations, conducting product sampling, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure continuous plant performance. The plant functions 24/7, including holidays, so flexibility for shift work is essential. You will be trained on‑site, learning to control and troubleshoot equipment, assist with material transfers, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Additionally, you’ll support safety programs, participate in routine inspections, and help with minor maintenance tasks such as changing filters and lubricants.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a combination of indoor and outdoor conditions, regardless of weather
• Comfortable wearing PPE such as safety glasses, hard hats, safety shoes, and gloves
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to following safety protocols
