Job summary

You will work under the Process Engineering Manager, lead teams for issues, coordinate maintenance and set up efficient job changes with Senior Operators.

The role requires safety awareness, basic English, and at least a high school diploma with some technical coursework.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing processes in blown film operations.
• Experience in Twist tie, Drawstring, Roll Stock, etc. as an Operator or Senior Operator is desirable.
• Must be able to read and write in English and interpret procedures.
• High school diploma or GED; technical courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety, quality and attendance policies and reports hazards.
• Monitors daily production, quality and scrap; maximizes equipment uptime.
• Organizes and leads teams to address scrap, quality, or safety issues.
• Sets up job changes and coordinates maintenance to minimize downtime.
