Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a motivated Process Technician to support production assembly lines, improving safety, quality, delivery and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

On days Monday-Thursday, 4x10-hour shifts, with a $24/hour starting pay plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude and be able to work with diverse teams to implement improvements and training.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects of varying size and scope.
• Proficient with computers for communication and data reporting; able to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support production assembly lines to maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead daily improvements using time studies and line balancing; analyze processes.
• Identify and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment improvements to reduce waste.
• Support new line layouts, technology integration, and production control changes.
• Train and develop teammates to sustain improvements and safe working practices.
