Job summary

AriensCo in Brillion, WI is seeking a motivated Process Technician to provide support for production assembly lines and operations personnel, focusing on maximizing employee safety, product quality, delivery and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay starts at $24/hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• A technical degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience using lean principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects ranging in size and scope.
• Experience dealing with a variety of people in a variety of settings.
• Moderate level or above computer skills with MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and promote Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Conduct cycle timing/line balancing.
• Support updating standard work & binder.
• Identify and implement VA/VE projects.
• Support process audits.
• Support torque audits.
• Support CI log process.
• Support safety/ergo team.
• New line layout/setup.
• Supporting new technology integration.
• Identify and implement new tooling.
• Audit tooling/fixtures.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues.
• Submit maintenance/SAFA request.
• Production Verification (PV) build support.
• Design Verification (DV) build support.
• Manage impact of PCS changes on the line.
• Train and develop others as necessary.
