We're currently seeking a Process Technician - 3rd Shift Lead to help guide our production team and drive shift performance.
The Process Technician - 3rd Shift Lead role ensures the shift team operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with production goals. This hands-on position is responsible for overseeing shift operations, holding team members accountable to daily responsibilities and performance metrics, and acting as the first point of contact for technical and process-related issues during the shift.

Skills:
Five (5) or more years' experience injection molding utilizing RJG scientific molding practices (Master Molder I Certification preferred and Master Molder II certification a plus).
Experience with ISO13485 a plus
Experience in advanced process problem solving
Essential Functions:
Work performed
in a manufacturing environment. Normal mobility to move around a manufacturing
environment, able to conduct work at a press and computer. Frequently walks,
stands, grips/grasps, bends/stoops, crouches, and lifts and carries up to fifty
(50) lbs.

Wage Range Based on Experience and Certifications: $33-38/hour
