Collins Aerospace is seeking a Process Technician I for our 4th shift (Friday–Sunday 6:00 AM–6:30 PM) to support our advanced anodize line and chemical processing of aircraft parts. The role involves hazardous waste handling, adherence to specifications, and working with various chemical processes and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or equivalent and may have process technician experience. Benefits are offered, and onsite work is required at our Jamestown facility.

A Process Technician I performs a variety of functions which are directly related to the chemical processing of aircraft parts and components. This typically involves a combination of the following duties such as Aqueous Cleaning, Chemical Etching, Chromate Conversion Coating, Anodizing (sulfuric, non-chromic, hard coat, red & black-dye & Phosphoric Acid), Passivation, Abrasive Blasting, Heat Treatment of Aluminum and Laboratory Analysis. This also includes various types of one of the following; full Laboratory Duties and/or PAA Operator Certification.
This is your chance to work in a ‘State of the Art” brand new $18 million dollar fully automated Anodize line. You will be working with the newest and most advanced equipment in the industry.
This is for 4th shift: Friday through Sunday from 6:00AM to 6:30 PM.
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
