Training and Schedule: Our new Winchester plant is nearing completion, with initial training starting in April at our Frankfort, KY location. The schedule begins with a 1st shift, Monday through Friday, transitioning to a 24/5 schedule, then into a 2-2-3 rotation:

• Day Shift: 7am - 7pm
• Night Shift: 7pm – 7am
• Rotation: Week 1 (Mon-Tue off, Wed-Thu work, Fri-Sun work), Week 2 (Mon-Tue work, Wed-Thu off, Fri-Sun off)

This schedule allows for mid-week days off and every other weekend is a three-day weekend.

Job Responsibilities:

The Process Technician handles packaging, labeling, blending, and material placement. Responsibilities also include assisting with machine operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

Essential Duties:

1. Follow Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, support safety initiatives, and participate in safety meetings and audits.
2. Ensure work meets quality standards and is authorized to stop production if safety or quality issues arise.
3. Manage material locations, pulling and staging as needed.
4. Handle labeling, packaging, and housekeeping duties.
5. Label scrap materials accurately and manage raw material scanning and recording.
6. Understand and utilize Safety Data Sheets and PPE requirements.
7. Weigh and blend materials as specified, handle supersacks.
8. Perform shift handovers and follow work instructions.
9. Perform tasks requiring respirator use and other duties assigned by leadership.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand/walk up to 12 hours per shift.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Bend/stoop repeatedly, push/pull up to 25 lbs., and walk stairs.
• Perform tasks requiring respirator use.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
