Qualifications

  • 5 years of manufacturing maintenance or relevant technical training.
  • Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of quality control methods, safety procedures, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement; Lean knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and analyze production data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and improvement of new and existing processes and equipment; ensure safe operation.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; collaborate with Quality and Maintenance on root-cause analysis.
  • Audit machine settings and develop in-process quality checks to meet ARC KPIs.
  • Maintain operator preventive maintenance standards and support changeovers and spare-parts management.
  • Train operators on new equipment and processes, including setup and safety.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.

We're growing fast and looking for a Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. The right candidate is a hands‑on, technical problem solver who can establish, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment to support safe, high-quality, and efficient production.

Your Mission

Serve as a process and technical resource on the shop floor, using strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve process capability, equipment performance, product quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and improvement of new and existing product and manufacturing processes, including equipment guarding and safe machine operation.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues that contribute to scrap, product failures, nonconforming product, or downtime; partner with Quality and Maintenance on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Complete regular audits of critical machine settings and develop in‑process quality checks to ensure products consistently meet ARC quality standards and KPIs.
  • Develop, maintain, and audit operator preventive maintenance standards and daily/weekly standard work; support equipment changeovers, production start‑ups, and key spare‑parts management to improve machine uptime.
  • Train operators on new and existing equipment and processes, including machine setup, HMI program selection, standard parameter adjustments, safe operation, quality expectations, and productive machine operation.
  • Maintain and improve SOPs, work instructions, HMI program organization, file naming, and process documentation in collaboration with Quality and Production Management.
  • Use the manufacturing tech stack and data analysis methodologies to identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities that increase safety, product quality, equipment uptime, production efficiency, and process reliability.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of manufacturing maintenance or relevant technical education or manufacturing training is required.
  • Hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with working knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Knowledge of quality control methods, safety procedures, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement practices; Lean Manufacturing knowledge is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and production processes, analyze problems, and implement or recommend corrective actions.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics and to collect, analyze, and interpret production data.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with manufacturing software and systems; experience programming or adjusting PLC/HMI equipment is beneficial. Strong communication, organization, teamwork, adaptability, and time‑management skills are required.
