Job summary

ARC Abrasives, Inc. is seeking dependable, mechanically inclined Machine Operators for multiple on-site shifts in Troy, Ohio. You will operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment, perform quality inspections, and help maintain a clean and safe work area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliability. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to ensure efficient operation.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report more complex problems as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Machine Operator - All Shifts Available

Location: Troy, Ohio (On-Site)

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:15 p.m. - 10:45 p.m.
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
