Job description

Contract: 2-Year Contract (Temp-to-Hire)

Conversion: Eligible for permanent conversion after 6 months based on performance and business needs.

We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to support semiconductor process engineering activities in a cleanroom environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment who enjoy working with advanced technology and laboratory processes.

Responsibilities
  • Perform process experiments and wafer processing activities
  • Set up and operate semiconductor processing equipment
  • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Collect and analyze process data using metrology tools
  • Assist with process recipe creation and optimization
  • Perform inspections and measurements to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate documentation of test results and process activities
  • Support engineers with process development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow cleanroom protocols and all safety procedures
Qualification
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • 4+ years of semiconductor industry experience
  • Experience troubleshooting or supporting semiconductor equipment
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing PPE (bunny suit)
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
