Pride Global is seeking a Process Technician 3 for an R&D environment in Fremont, CA. This onsite role focuses on advanced process development, experiments, sample prep, and data collection to support semiconductor manufacturing technology.
The ideal candidate will have a technical bachelor’s degree and internship or professional experience, with strong attention to detail and a readiness to learn new equipment and procedures in a cleanroom setting.
Location: Fremont, CA
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Swing Shift, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Alternative Schedules: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday may be considered
Duration: 24 Months with possible extensions or Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: Up to $38.32/hour
We are seeking a Process Technician 3 to support research and development activities involving advanced process development, testing, experimentation, and equipment operation.
This is a hands‑on role working closely with engineers in an R&D environment. The technician will assist with process experiments, sample preparation, equipment setup, measurements, troubleshooting, and data collection. The position provides an excellent opportunity for candidates with a technical bachelor's degree and some internship or professional experience to develop hands‑on expertise in advanced manufacturing and semiconductor process technology.
Semiconductor experience is not required. Candidates with strong technical education, internship experience, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
This position is well suited for a recent bachelor's graduate or early‑career technical professional who has internship or hands‑on experience and wants to build a career in semiconductor process development, manufacturing technology, laboratory operations, or engineering.
Candidates who demonstrate technical aptitude, strong communication, attention to detail, physical readiness, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a cleanroom/R&D environment are encouraged to apply.
