Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Technician to support the operations team within the product development division. This role is critical to the success of R&D initiatives and involves hands-on technical work, collaboration with engineers and technicians, and a strong focus on precision and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform technical tests and experiments to support process engineering in R&D.
Set up and operate processing equipment for experimental and production purposes.
Monitor and audit production processes, providing guidance to line operators.
Conduct test runs and compile data into records, charts, and graphs for engineering analysis.
Assist process development and engineering teams with technical tasks and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, results, and observations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Undergraduate coursework in Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field is preferred.
