Willcox Matthews is seeking a Set-Up & Process Technician for a direct-hire, 1st shift role in Franklin Park. The position requires hands-on thermoforming experience, setting up machinery, changing molds and tooling, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve throughput and quality.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, experience with safety and quality standards, and the ability to document production and process details.

$30–$35 per hour + Benefits | Direct Hire | 1st Shift

We280 re recruiting for an experienced Set-Up & Process Technician to join a leading manufacturing company in a permanent, direct-hire position.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with thermoforming experience who is confident setting up machinery, completing changeovers, troubleshooting equipment, changing tooling, and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Pay: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience.

What Youll Be Doing

• Set up, change over, and maintain thermoforming machines
