Process Technician

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Process Technician to join a growing manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for machine setup, process monitoring, troubleshooting, mold changeovers, and optimizing production performance while maintaining safety and quality standards. What You'll Do

• Operate and oversee multiple molding machines based on production requirements
• Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and process adjustments
• Complete mold changeovers efficiently and safely
• Monitor production processes and maintain process documentation
• Troubleshoot molding equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

• Experience performing machine setups and changeovers

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend built into the rotation schedule
