Job summary

EKSC ElringKlinger South Carolina, LLC. is seeking a manufacturing process engineer to implement standards, set parameters for the manufacturing process, and perform changeovers and tape changes.

You will optimize processes to improve OEE, stability and throughput, support root cause analysis (A3, Ishikawa, 5-why), define corrective measures and monitor product quality, while documenting lessons learned in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing and complying with defined standards.
• Familiarity with changeovers and tape change procedures.
• Ability to set parameters for manufacturing processes.
• Experience optimizing processes to improve OEE, stability and throughput times.
• Experience supporting root cause analysis using A3, Ishikawa, and 5-Why.
• Ability to define and implement corrective measures.
• Investigative skills for production interruptions and documenting lessons learned.
• Monitoring of process stability and product quality.
