Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations and process control.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Implement and comply with defined standards
• Perform changeovers and tape change
• Set parameters for manufacturing process
• Optimize manufacturing processes in order to improve the OEE, process stability and throughput times
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (A3, Ishikawa, 5-why)
• Define and implement corrective measures
• Investigate the causes of production interruptions, define and monitor corrective measures and document the lessons learned
• Monitor process stability and product quality
• Other duties, as assigned
