Job summary

Wolfspeed in Durham, NC is seeking a hands-on R&D specialist for the Crystal Growth group to perform technical tests and prepare processing equipment, monitoring test runs and assisting engineers and scientists on related projects.

Experience in crystal growth is preferred. You will handle routine loading/unloading of equipment, support measurements, and disposition crystals and parts after runs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Wolfspeed is an equal opportunity employer.

Position Summary:

This position entails performing technical tests and experiments within the R&D C rystal G rowth group . It also entails preparing and setting up of the processing equipment as well as monitoring and processing test runs . This position will also provide technical assistance to engineers and scientists working in the area. Experience in crystal growth is preferred.
