The ideal candidate has an Associate’s Degree in Electronics or Mechanical, hands-on troubleshooting with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by maintaining and optimizing mechanical and chemical processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot out-of-control processes, and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Qualify new equipment and processes, manage non-conforming materials, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform routine equipment repairs, support line configuration, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet production goals.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives, manage parts and tools inventory, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

As a Process Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting high-volume energy-product manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
