Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Process Tech II for the Injection Molding department. You will own daily processes, perform mold setup/startups, and drive high output and quality in your assigned cell.

You will troubleshoot issues, document parameters, and collaborate with engineering, mold shop, scheduling, and quality control to meet production goals. A strong focus on safety and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3–4 years related experience.
• Advanced-level troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Ability to document run parameters for molds and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform set-up and start-up of molds and equipment daily.
• Maximize machine output and utilization in assigned cell.
• Monitor quality, cycle time, and part weights.
• Troubleshoot processing range issues following SOPs.
• Collaborate with Sr. Tech, Engineering, Mold Shop, Scheduling and QC.
• Lead mold changeovers and train others on procedures.
• Identify improvements to safety, efficiency and profitability.
• Provide technical support to set-up technicians.
• Maintain clean, orderly production areas.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
