  • Serve as a fluent point of contact on both process and systems, able to speak to how the planning cycle works end to end and how the supporting tools behave
  • Pull and analyze back-end data to surface insight, quantify impact, and inform solution design
  • Design and drive scalable solutions that support the central planning team and the field
  • Drive program documentation, knowledge-base/wiki development, and enablement content that the field relies on to execute
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives from idea through delivery and adoption, including communications, follow-ups, and tracking
  • Partner across central planning, field teams, and adjacent operations and tooling teams to move initiatives through to completion
  • Leverage internal and AI tools to augment, automate, and scale deliverables

The Planning Systems & Process Lead serves as the owner of the horizontal planning capabilities that span the WWPS Central Sales Planning team. This role connects customer feedback across interconnected programs, identifying where the The Planning Systems & Process Lead serves as the owner of the horizontal planning capabilities that span the central sales planning team. This role sits across the planning leads rather than within a single business area, connecting feedback end to end, identifying where the same problem shows up in more than one place, and turning that into a single scalable solution rather than one-off fixes. It combines deep process and tooling expertise with program management discipline to drive high-impact, cross-cutting initiatives from idea through delivery and adoption.

This role is responsible for owning the planning processes and the tooling that supports them, translating recurring themes and field pain points into scalable solutions, and pulling and analyzing back-end data to surface insight and quantify impact. It also drives the program documentation, knowledge-base development, and enablement content that the central team and field rely on to execute. The candidate should know sales planning process and tooling end to end, speak fluently to both process and systems, partner across central planning, field, and adjacent operations teams to move initiatives through to completion, and be well versed in internal and AI tools to ensure deliverables can be augmented, automated, and scaled as appropriate.
