This role sits across the planning leads rather than within a single business area, connecting feedback end to end, identifying where the same problem shows up in more than one place, and turning that into a single scalable solution rather than one-off fixes. It combines deep process and tooling expertise with program management discipline to drive high-impact, cross-cutting initiatives from idea through delivery and adoption.
This role is responsible for owning the planning processes and the tooling that supports them, translating recurring themes and field pain points into scalable solutions, and pulling and analyzing back-end data to surface insight and quantify impact. It also drives the program documentation, knowledge-base development, and enablement content that the central team and field rely on to execute. The candidate should know sales planning process and tooling end to end, speak fluently to both process and systems, partner across central planning, field, and adjacent operations teams to move initiatives through to completion, and be well versed in internal and AI tools to ensure deliverables can be augmented, automated, and scaled as appropriate.
