Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering and 3–5 years (or more) experience; Masters Engineering 1–3 years (or more) experience.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering Lifecycles and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Ability to evaluate complex, multi-tiered environments from a process optimization lens.
• Proven track record facilitating stakeholder consensus across departments and leadership levels.
• Excellent elicitation, listening, and technical writing skills.
• Experience developing SOPs, process playbooks, and training documentation.
• Strong presentation and instructional design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and recommend solutions to Government requirements and design documentation.
• Provide Systems Engineering services to manage the Government PLMT or other lifecycle tools used in design, integration, and testing.
• Ensure tools used in baseline development are integrated with Government PLMT and other tools.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma and systems-thinking to bridge business operations and technical capabilities.
• Work independently and represent the program and SAIC at meetings with government and contractors.
• Interface with software developers to communicate systems engineering requirements clearly to teams.
