Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking 2 Early Career Technicians focusing on either Epitaxy or AMAT Producer toolset on a Monday–Friday swing shift. The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, teamwork, and independent work in a high-volume semiconductor production environment.

Required: Highschool or GED; preferred 2- or 4-year technical degree. Compensation ranges from $15.96 to $23.94 per hour, with 12% differential and visa/E-Verify considerations noted.

Responsibilities

  • Sustain either Epitaxy or Producer toolset, reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots through the DMR system and performing process tuning.
  • Provide manufacturing support by running ERFs and DOEs created by the process owner.
  • Monitor production line health by reviewing process trends using SPC.
  • Determine root cause of process issues and implement improvements.
  • Able and willing to move to a compressed work week shift when needed.

We are looking to hire 2 Early Career (L1) Technicians focusing on either Epitaxy or AMAT Producer toolset 5 days a week (M-F) on Swing Shift schedule

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both in team setting and independently with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Critical thinking and problem solving in a high-volume production facility
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials
  • Wafer fab experience or knowledge of semiconductor processing
  • Ability to be adaptable, self-motivate, and learn new skills
  • Familiarity with basic SPC terms, methods and concepts

Description of Job:

  • Sustain either Epitaxy or Producer toolset, by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots through DMR system, addressing equipment issues, and performing process tuning.
  • Provide manufacturing support by running ERFs and DOEs created by process owner
  • Monitor the health of the production line by reviewing and responding to process trends using SPC.
  • Determine root cause of process issues and make improvements.
  • Able and willing to move to one of the compressed work week shift once business need conclude

Education:

Required: Highschool degree or GED

Preferred: 2 or 4 year degree in a technical discipline

Schedule: M-F

Differential: 12%

Compensation: 15.96 - 19.95 - 23.94 USD Hourly

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $23 to $29.

  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
  • Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
