Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Process Sustaining Engineering Technician 1 in Camas, WA to sustain either Epitaxy or Producer toolsets on a Monday–Friday schedule with a 12% shift differential. The role involves reviewing aberrant lots, addressing equipment issues, and running DOE/ERF studies to improve yield.

Training and career growth are supported in a high-volume, team-focused environment. Required education includes a high school diploma or GED, with preferred 2–4 year technical degree.

  • Wafer fab experience or knowledge of semiconductor processing.

Responsibilities

  • Sustain either Epitaxy or Producer toolset by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots through DMR system.
  • Address equipment issues and perform process tuning as needed.
  • Provide manufacturing support by running ERFs and DOEs created by process owner.
  • Monitor production line health by reviewing process trends using SPC.
  • Determine root causes of process issues and implement improvements.
