Job summary

A leading staffing agency is looking for a Process Support Engineer in North Branch, Minnesota. This role focuses on developing and improving manufacturing processes in a high-volume metal forming environment. You will troubleshoot production issues, implement improvements, and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant field experience preferred.
• 1–5 years’ experience as a Process Engineer is a plus.
• Experience with multi-die cold heading equipment is desired.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, set up, and run cold heading machinery.
• Assist in supervising production employees.
• Develop and maintain setup instructions and operating procedures.
• Train production and operations teams on processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards.
