Qualifications

• Strong safety mindset and willingness to learn.

• Basic math and ability to read simple shop documents.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Cold Heading Machines and load/feed wire.
• Adjust settings to achieve consistent, high-quality parts.
• Follow work instructions and maintain a clean work area.
• Read job and tool cards; perform basic tool changes and teardown.
