  • Proficient in personal computer use and navigating enterprise systems.
  • Outstanding teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to generate, interpret, and present metrics and data visually.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee production operations, ensuring adherence to cGMP and GDP requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

  • Coordinate closely with shift supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of production plans.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze production data, and drive accountability for meeting established goals related to throughput, downtime, and quality events.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost savings initiatives.
  • Support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventative actions, ensuring thorough documentation and data integrity.
  • Prepare and deliver visual presentations and reports for group discussions, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Remain flexible to support team needs, including shift coverage and escalation of events, while ensuring adequate staffing and support for upcoming jobs.
