Valmet is seeking a Lead Start Up Engineer for North America to drive the initial check-out and startup of tissue machine projects, acting as a client-facing representative. You will manage the Site Phase, coordinate with Commissioning and Project teams, and ensure alignment with drawings, ECOs, and technical documents.

As a Lead Start Up Engineer at Valmet. you will apply your skills and experience at the Site Phase of projects for Valmet Tissue Machines. The primary responsibility will be to check-out, verify and start-up in accordance with drawings, instructions, and relevant technical documentation. The role also involves being Valmet's representative towards the client.
