Overview

ProVest is one of the nation’s largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Robertson County, TN.

Applicants must reside in Tennessee, preferably near Robertson County. As a Private Process Server with ProVest, you will work independently to deliver legal documents on behalf of leading law firms and financial institutions. Documents may include foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job.

Responsibilities

• Serve legal documents within assigned areas.
• Manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile).
• Return completed documents.
• Plan routes and manage your own schedule.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.

Requirements

• Tennessee residency, preferably near Robertson County.
• Availability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays, flexible for mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to complete 15–20 service attempts per day.
• Willingness to visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-off.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Access to a computer, printer, and scanner.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and mobile apps for documentation and reporting.
• Value accuracy, honesty, and professionalism.

Support Provided

You will have a dedicated Tennessee liaison for support. Original case files will be mailed to you, and as a non-local server, you will not be required to report to a ProVest office in person.
