Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC. is seeking reliable process servers in Rhode Island to join our contractor network. You will manage your own schedule and receive regular opportunities to serve legal documents in your coverage area.

As an independent contractor, you can control your workflow with flexible hours and weekly payments, while receiving support from our team and clear assignment instructions.

Qualifications

• Previous Constable and/or process serving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and required insurance.
• Smartphone with ability to use mobile apps.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent and reasonable efforts to complete each assignment.
• Document each attempt accurately and provide detailed notes and affidavits.
• Take on regular process serving assignments within your coverage area.

Responsibilities

We rely on our process servers to make diligent and reasonable efforts to complete each assignment. This includes making timely attempts, documenting each attempt accurately, and providing detailed notes and affidavits.
