Job summary

ProVest is seeking experienced civil process servers in Muscogee County, Georgia to join a trusted contractor network on a 1099 basis. The role involves serving legal documents, submitting stamped copies to the clerk, and using mobile apps for documentation.

You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, with Saturday availability and no Sunday serves. Cases are assigned with consistent work and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status (1099)
• Must be able to attempt all cases at minimum every 72 hours.
• Ability to activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents.
• Saturday availability required; Sundays not allowed.

Responsibilities

• Serve civil process documents for assigned cases.
• Submit original warrants to clerk and scan stamped copies within 72 hours.
• Fill out worksheets and scan them in within 24 hours of service.
• Utilize mobile apps to capture photos, notes, and classify serve/non-serve cases.

We are seeking experienced process servers in Tennessee to serve legal documents as part of our growing contractor network.

Requirements

• You must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum every 72 hours.
• Activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package/emailed documents.
• Able to make a Saturday attempt on all files assigned to you. No Sunday attempts.
• Submit the original civil warrant to the clerk's office and scan to ProVest the stamped copy within 72 hours of the service date.
• Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app).
• Utilized our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance are required.
