Targa Resources is a leading midstream energy company with a broad footprint across Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, North Dakota and Louisiana. The company seeks a Process Safety Engineer to lead the Risk Management Program and Facility Siting Program, driving governance, maintenance and continuous improvement across applicable facilities.

The role provides technical direction and coordinates with Operations, Engineering, ES&H and field PSM personnel, while supporting all 14 elements of Process

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Process Safety, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of process safety standards and regulations (OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, NFPA, API).
• Experience applying API RP 752/753/756 facility siting guidance.
• Experience implementing EPA RMP program and hazard assessments.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and work in US facilities.

Mansioni

• Own the Risk Management Program and Facility Siting Program as the primary technical resource.
• Lead development, maintenance, and revisions of RMP and Facility Siting Program.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Construction, ES&H, and field PSM personnel.
• Calculate and maintain EPA RMP worst-case and alternative release scenarios.
• Maintain program documentation, schedules, and tool improvements for RMP submissions.
• Provide technical guidance and training on the programs to field teams.
• Lead PSM and RMP compliance audits and participate in PHAs as needed.
• Support incident investigations and root cause analyses as needed.
