Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in Dallas seeks an experienced Health & Safety Specialist focusing on Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP). This role will serve as the primary technical resource for implementing, maintaining, and improving PSM/RMP programs across campus operations.

You will collaborate with Environmental, Safety, Health, and Sustainability (ESHS), Facilities, Manufacturing and leadership to manage process hazards and strengthen operational risk

Qualifications

• Experience implementing OSHA PSM (29 CFR 1910.119) and EPA RMP (40 CFR Part 68).
• Strong collaboration with EHS&S, facilities, manufacturing and leadership.
• Ability to lead incident investigations and develop process safety indicators.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus-wide implementation and continuous improvement of OSHA PSM and EPA RMP requirements across process facilities.
• Serve as SME for OSHA PSM and EPA RMP; maintain PSI, ensure accuracy of hazards, P&IDs, and equipment data.
• Coordinate HAZOP, checklists, FMEA, revalidations, and risk-based reviews; track actions and follow up.
