Job summary

The Kinetic Group in Arkansas is seeking a production associate to tend one or more machines, load materials, and support efficient process flow. You will follow instructions, wear protective gear, and participate in safety and ISO initiatives. Overtime may be required and strong attention to detail is essential.

You will perform quality checks, maintain clean work areas, and handle basic documentation while collaborating with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or recognized equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow process instructions and communicate effectively.
• Must possess basic computer skills to navigate and print documents.

Responsibilities

• Tends one or more machines or processes as directed by area supervisor.
• Loads raw materials into machines and processes them into finished goods.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and follows safety rules.
• Completes required process documentation and adheres to ISO goals.
• Overtime may be required and safety training is mandatory.
