Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking an entry-level technician to tend one or more machines and support efficient production flows in our Kentucky facility. You will follow supervisor directions, perform quality checks, and transport materials as needed while strictly observing safety rules.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and follow process instructions in English.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or recognized equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read and write English well enough to follow instructions and communicate with team.
• Must possess basic personal computer skills to navigate menus and print documents.

Responsibilities

• Tends machines or processes as directed by supervisor.
• Ensures equipment operates properly and calls for help when needed.
• Performs quality checks as directed and documents results.
• Moves raw materials and finished goods to maintain workflow.
• Adheres to all safety rules and uses protective equipment as required.
• Participates in safety, ISO goals, and team initiatives.
