Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a hands-on PSM professional to join the corporate EHS team in the Northeast/Southeast Wisconsin area. The role will initially focus on completing the PSM program implementation (approx.

six months) and then allocate 50% time to PSM and 50% to EHS activities. The candidate will ensure compliance with PSM and all applicable regulations across locations while guiding the 14 elements of PSM.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of process safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the company's PSM program and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Champion a culture of process safety and oversee all 14 elements of PSM, including reading mechanical and electrical drawings and related procedures.
