Job summary

Tallgrass Energy is seeking a Process Safety Management professional to develop, implement, and audit PSM programs for pipeline operations. You will lead hazard assessments and work with Operations, Engineering and Construction to ensure compliance.

A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related discipline and 5+ years in oil and gas are required, with strong OSHA PSM knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in oil and gas, risk assessment and hazard management.
• Knowledge of OSHA PSM regulations; strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hazard assessment processes and support incident investigations.
• Manage PSM for pipeline operations, E&C and corporate teams.
• Assess projects with Operations and Project Managers to ensure compliance.
• Prepare sites for internal and corporate Process Safety inspections.
• Identify risk reduction strategies and train teams on procedures.
• Audit and enforce compliance procedures; conduct safety training.
