Job summary

Qualifications

• Process plant experience or engineering degree.
• Effective communicator with site personnel and leadership.
• Experience using risk assessment principles to solve problems.
• Experience participating in PHA and other risk assessment methodologies (HAZOP, LOPA, FTA, dispersion modeling).
• Familiarity with process safety elements (MOC, Incident Investigation, RMP, Facility Siting).
• Ability to travel internationally with passport.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and risk assessment capability with site personnel.
• Lead cross-site and cross-functional efforts to advance risk assessment and PHA program consistency.
• Provide on-site PHA or risk assessment facilitation/scribe support as needed.
• Benchmark to improve PHA performance and develop new guidance where needed.
• Assist with PHA transformation by using site data to frame unit process safety risk and opportunities.
• Support day-to-day process safety for multiple sites in related disciplines (MOC, Facility Siting, Compliance Auditing, RMP).
