Qualifications

• Process plant experience or engineering degree.
• Proven ability to build relationships with site personnel and leadership.
• Experience applying risk assessment methods (PHA, HAZOP, LOPA).
• Familiarity with MOC, Incident Investigation, RMP, Facility Siting.
• Ability to travel internationally with valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and risk assessment capability with site personnel.
• Lead cross-site and cross-functional teams to advance risk assessment and PHA programs.
• Provide on-site PHA or risk assessment facilitation.
• Benchmark to improve PHA performance and develop new guidance.
• Assist with PHA transformation using site data to frame process safety risk.
• Assist with day-to-day process safety support for multiple sites (MOC, Facility Siting, Compliance Auditing, RMP, etc.).
