Job summary

JBS USA Perry facility is seeking a PSM Supervisor I to manage Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan programs, focusing on ammonia refrigeration systems. You will ensure compliance with OSHA 1910.119, EPA standards, and corporate protocols, while coordinating training and emergency preparedness.

You will lead internal audits, maintain documentation, and support external inspectors. This role drives continuous improvement in plant safety and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Safety, or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience: 3+ years in industrial maintenance, ammonia refrigeration, or process safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update PSM/RMP program elements (PSI, PHA, MI, MOC, procedures).
• Manage training records and procedures; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead audits and inspections; assist regulators with documentation.
