Jensen Hughes in Columbia, MD is seeking an entry-level Associate Process Safety Consultant to join our in-office team with some hybrid/remote work possible. You will work with engineers and clients on process safety projects and gain exposure to risk analysis, regulatory compliance and safety design.

This role offers early responsibility and opportunities to develop professional licensure as part of a global team of experts. A B.S.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, civil engineering or related field.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% depending on client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional client service by independently managing tasks and collaborating with the team.
• Analyze and execute diverse instructions to align with client objectives.
• Review and interpret technical documentation to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform research, testing, modeling or engineering analyses as directed by a project manager.
• Assess safety, health and environmental risks and prepare work products to manage those risks.
• Consolidate data into reports, presentations and spreadsheets for decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with managers, coworkers and clients.
• Develop creative solutions to practical problems in dynamic environments.

Educación

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or other related science and engineering field
