Job summary

The Bridger Group partners with a growing manufacturer to open a new production facility north of Houston. We seek a Process & Quality Control Engineer to develop and implement manufacturing processes, quality systems, and SOPs for the new operation.

You will optimize equipment, improve process control, ensure product quality, and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives in a hands-on environment at the new site.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing with automation and robotics.
• Proven ability to develop and implement SOPs and QC systems.
• Familiar with ISO 9001; certification not required.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.
• Experience with hazardous chemicals or process-driven manufacturing is a plus.
• Hands-on approach for a new facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes and SOPs.
• Support design and layout of production equipment, automation, and robotics.
• Monitor process variables to improve quality, throughput and efficiency.
• Lead root-cause analysis to reduce defects and waste.
• Own the plant Quality Management System, audits, and documentation.
• Track quality KPIs and manage non-conformances.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and leadership on upgrades.
• Support safe manufacturing practices and OSHA/compliance.
