Job summary

VDL USA Holding Inc is seeking a Process Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements across manufacturing and supply chain. You will lead root-cause investigations, manage corrective actions, and strengthen operational controls through data-driven methods and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires expertise in statistical analysis, process capability, and quality systems such as ISO 9001, with hands-on Power BI reporting to track COPQ, NCRs, and yield improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality/engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years in quality or process engineering.
• Experience leading root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Proficiency with Power BI for dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and APQP/PPAP tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving using 8D, 5 Why, and fishbone analyses.
• Drive corrective action systems and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop and monitor Power BI dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Eng, Supply Chain and Quality.
