Job summary

Powerus is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain quality systems ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer teams to drive continuous improvement and support operational excellence.

The role emphasizes root cause analysis, CAPA, supplier quality, and data-driven decision-making to reduce defects and improve process capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
• 3–7 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with quality management systems and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with standards and customer requirements.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA implementation.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and monitor corrective actions.
• Analyze quality metrics and prepare management reports.
• Support internal, customer, and supplier audits.
