Aero Alliance is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to provide repair and engineering process support, implementing QA practices across the local business and driving continuous improvement.

The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, developing validation plans, performing risk assessments, and creating clear documentation to sustain quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 1+ years QA engineering experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years QA experience and 1+ years QA engineering experience.
• Strong ability to read, comprehend, and execute complex technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases).

Mansioni

• Ensure 100% quality and regulatory compliance per documented procedures across all functions.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans using Six Sigma, LEAN, 5S, SPC, 8D.
• Build and execute process verification/validation plans and create detailed flow diagrams identifying risks and impacts.
• Support CAPA program through root-cause analysis of non-conformances and failure investigations.
• Develop risk management tools (PFMEA/DFMEA) and lead mitigation strategies.
• Create clear procedures, work instructions, and checklists to ensure ongoing compliance.
