Job summary

Aero Alliance, Inc. is seeking a QA Engineer to provide repair and engineering process support in line with documented procedures. You will drive quality assurance practices, expand verification/validation activities, and contribute to CAPA and risk management initiatives.

The role requires collaboration across engineering and manufacturing, with emphasis on regulatory compliance, process optimization, and documentation. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 1+ years QA Engineering experience, or
• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years QA experience and 1+ years QA Engineering experience.
• Strong ability to read, comprehend, and execute complex technical documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications).

Responsibilities

• Quality & Compliance: ensure 100% quality and regulatory compliance per procedures across all functions.
• Process Improvement: develop and implement process improvement plans using Six Sigma, LEAN, 5S, SPC, 8D.
• Verification & Validation: build/execute process verification/validation plans and flow diagrams.
• CAPA & Failure Analysis: support root-cause analysis and the CAPA program.
• Risk Management: develop PFMEA/DFMEA and lead mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: create procedures, work instructions, and forms to ensure compliance.
