Re:Build Manufacturing seeks a Process Quality Engineer to oversee quality evaluation, control systems, and data-driven improvements across manufacturing stages. The role emphasizes metrology, testing, auditing, and strengthening quality that meets customer requirements.
The engineer will drive improvements via APQP planning, PPAP, FMEA/PFMEA, and collaborate with customers and suppliers while mentoring staff and supporting multiple audits. Travel up to 25% is anticipated.

The Process Quality Engineer is a professional who understands the principles of product and service quality evaluation and control. They assist in the development and operation of quality control systems, and the application and analysis of testing and inspection procedures. They use metrology and statistical methods to diagnose and correct improper quality control practices. They understand human factors and motivation, familiarity with quality cost concepts and techniques, and the knowledge and ability to develop and administer management information systems. They also audit quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
