Rolls‑Royce in Aiken, SC is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to lead quality initiatives in a manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes resolving production issues, implementing control plans, and data-driven decisions.

Working Pattern: Full Time, 4 ten (10) hour days during a Monday through Thursday work week.

The position requires a compressed work schedule of four ten (10) hour days during a Monday through Thursday work week, with overtime as business requires and causal overtime expected. Physical demands include standing, sitting, walking, climbing, stooping, balancing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, squatting, grasping, and manipulating items. Employees may be required to push, pull, carry, lift, or move materials weighing 10-50 pounds, occasionally during the course of a week. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus, and color vision; inspection of MTU America engine products under a fluorescent black light is also required.
