Qualifications

• Experience installing and maintaining industrial or process piping.
• Ability to read drawings and P&IDs.
• Experience with high-purity or chemical piping systems.
• Capable of leak testing and system verification.
• Strong emphasis on safety and cleanroom protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install and route piping for wet benches and chemical delivery systems.
• Read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and flow diagrams for accurate installation.
• Cut, fit, join, and test piping with PVC, PVDF, and stainless steel.
• Perform leak checks, pressure testing, and system verification.
• Install chemical lines, DI water, drain lines, and related components.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and process equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on wet process equipment and piping.
• Document installations and service activities with accuracy.
• Follow safety, cleanroom, and chemical handling procedures.
• Support equipment installation, startup, and commissioning when required.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and field service teams.
