Qualifications

• BSME or equivalent with 2 years process/mechanical Eng experience, or 6 years with no degree.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D; Inventor a plus; strong MS Office.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure sanitary process designs meet requirements.
• Use statistical methods to ensure efficient products and processes.
• Support commercialization trials.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and cost savings.
• Reverse engineer machine components to improve functionality.
